Beekon — Report and track civic issues in your community
Beekon is a civic issue reporting platform that connects residents with the people who maintain their streets, parks, and public spaces. Spotted a pothole, a broken streetlight, graffiti, an overflowing bin, or a damaged playground? Report it in seconds — snap a photo, confirm the location on the map, and send it straight to the responsible local authority.
Reporting is fast and open to everyone. You can submit an issue anonymously without creating an account, or sign up to follow the progress of your reports, receive status notifications, and support reports from your neighbours. Every report is placed on a public map, so your community can see what has been raised, what is in progress, and what has been resolved.
Municipalities and regional authorities use Beekon to receive, triage, and resolve reports in one place: assignment to field teams, response-time targets, duplicate detection, and public performance dashboards that show how quickly issues get fixed. Regions that have not yet joined still benefit — reports in covered areas can be forwarded to the responsible municipality.
Explore the live issue map to see what is happening around you, browse the community feed for recent reports, or check the coverage page to find out whether your city is already on board.
